This icon shows whether your heart rate is being tracked by the watch itself or by an external device like the Helio Strap, providing greater clarity.
Smoother Post-Workout Experience
The update also includes a refinement to the post-workout flow on the watch. According to the release notes, the experience is now “smoother and more natural.” This change aims to improve the user interface and overall feel of reviewing your workout summaries directly on the device.
No BioCharge Feature Yet
While this update brings welcome improvements, the highly anticipated Biocarga energy monitoring feature is not included. This metric is currently exclusive to the Helio Strap, and a representative for the brand has stated that Zepp Health is still working on bringing this function to the smartwatch.
