Samsung has officially begun the rollout of One UI 6 Watch for the Galaxy Watch4, 5, 6, Galaxy Watch FE, and all subsequent Galaxy Watch models. This major update introduces a slew of new health features, exciting fitness enhancements, and a convenient pinch gesture for remote smartphone control.
A Gradual Rollout
After a brief delay, the eagerly awaited One UI 6 Watch is now available. The update will be gradually distributed to all compatible smartwatch users, starting with the Galaxy Watch6. It may take several days for the patch to reach all customers. The following Galaxy Watch models are eligible for the update:
- Samsung Galaxy Watch4 / Galaxy Watch4 Classic
- Samsung Galaxy Watch FE
- Samsung Galaxy Watch5 / Galaxy Watch5 Pro
- Samsung Galaxy Watch6 / Galaxy Watch6 Classic
Introducing the Energy Score
One of the most intriguing additions is the Energy Score. This metric, allt från 0 till 100, provides users with an estimate of their current energy levels, taking into account data on sleep, hjärtfrekvens, activity, and heart rate variability.

Sleep tracking has also been refined with new metrics, such as sleep latency, sleep movements, hjärtfrekvens, and respiratory rate. Samsung’s sleep apnea detection feature is now available on older Galaxy Watch models, enabling users to identify one of the most common sleep disorders directly from their smartwatch.
Fitness Features
